JQ-S90 Automatic High Speed Tube Cutting Machine , Basic Performance Description:
Entire work flow: Automatic loading ,automatic feeding, automatic cutting and Automatic discharging.
The first Step: one bundle of tubes is orderly loaded on the machine site as the setting requirement
The second step: automatically takes some tubes to the cutting unit as set by the automatic feeding device.
The third step: cutting unit make clamping, cutting and other action to realize cutting tubes.
The fourth step: Automatic discharging, sent products after cutting unit to the next work procedure.
· Control System: Taiwan Vigor system, it is applied to function control which include time setting, control speed and proportion .
· Machine interface : Machine interface from Taiwan Weinview. color touch screen display features; Also have Manual switch, motor start switch, set selection switch.
· It can be used for remote diagnosis by connecting the independent IP address.
· Safety device:It can be realized safe operation by safety door and electric interlock, when the staff enter into the maintenance door, the machine is in a stopped state。
· Japanese Panasonic servo system is use for feeding and cutting unites.
· Electric motors for brush machine and cutting device used are Siemens brand , frequency converter is from Delta.
Pneumatic components are from Taiwan Airtac
